Head - Human Resources - Manufacturing

Job Description:

- Lead the overall HR strategy, partnering with the CMD, CEO and leadership team on business transformation, workforce planning and organisational effectiveness.

- Drive organisational design, change management, talent management, succession planning and leadership development to support business expansion.

- Oversee talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, total rewards and retention strategies.

- Oversee industrial relations, employee relations, labour law compliance and workforce management across manufacturing locations.

- Drive HR digitalisation, process excellence and data-driven HR decision-making.

- Champion ESG, diversity and inclusion, employee well-being and a high-performance organisational culture.

- Lead HR integration for acquisitions, greenfield projects and business diversification initiatives.
