Proposed Position: Head - IT & AI

Designation: Head - IT & AI / General Manager - IT

Key responsibilities:

- Lead the overall IT strategy, infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications.

- Drive AI adoption, automation, Generative AI, and machine learning initiatives across business functions.

- Implement AI-enabled solutions for HR, Finance, Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Operations.

- Manage ERP, HRMS, CRM, business intelligence, dashboards, and data analytics.

- Lead digital transformation, system integration, cloud migration, and IT governance.

- Establish data security, access controls, disaster recovery, and IT compliance.

- Evaluate AI vendors, technology investments, and ROI.

- Build and lead the IT team while coordinating with senior management and business heads.

Ideal candidate profile:

- BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or a related field; an MBA or relevant AI qualification is an advantage.

- Strong background in enterprise IT management and digital transformation.

- Practical experience implementing AI solutions in a manufacturing or industrial business.

- Knowledge of ERP systems, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, data analytics, and automation.

- Ability to connect technology investments with measurable business outcomes.
