Head - NRI & HNW (North & West)| Mumbai

1. The Head - NRI & HNW (North & West) is responsible for driving business growth, portfolio management, and customer acquisition across the NRI and High Net Worth (HNW) segments in the North & West region.
2. The role leads a team of Relationship Managers to deliver liabilities, wealth, investment, and lending objectives while ensuring superior customer engagement, regulatory compliance, and service excellence.

Managerial Responsibilities:

1. Provide strategic leadership for the West & North NRI & HNW, owning business performance across liabilities, wealth, investments, forex, and lending.
2. Lead and develop a geographically dispersed RM team, ensuring achievement of acquisition, AUM, revenue, and portfolio growth targets.
3. Build strong stakeholder partnerships, enhance customer engagement, identify market opportunities, and drive operational excellence while maintaining robust compliance and risk management practices.

Functional Responsibilities:

1. Drive the growth and profitability of the NRI & HNW business across West & North India by delivering targets on liabilities, AUM, investments, insurance, forex, and lending products.
2. Lead acquisition of affluent and NRI customers through market mapping, referral generation, and relationship-led sales strategies.
3. Deepen existing client portfolios through wealth solutions, cross-sell opportunities, and enhanced wallet share.
4. Monitor regional business performance, pipeline conversion, productivity, and portfolio quality through regular reviews.
5. Partner with Wealth, Product, Operations, Service, Risk, and Branch Banking teams to deliver superior customer experience and business outcomes.
6. Build strategic relationships with key clients, influencers, and NRI communities while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, audit standards, risk controls, and governance frameworks.

Experience: 18 - 20 years

Qualification: Graduation/ MBA
