About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Head of Agile Practice & QA to lead Agile practices and Quality Assurance initiatives, improve delivery processes, and ensure high-quality technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Agile practices and continuous improvement initiatives
- Establish and improve Agile processes and standards
- Oversee Quality Assurance and testing activities
- Develop and maintain quality standards
- Lead and mentor Agile and QA teams
- Monitor project delivery and quality performance
- Identify opportunities to improve technology processes
- Collaborate with technology and business stakeholders
- Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong experience in Agile methodologies and technology delivery
- Experience in Quality Assurance, software testing, or related functions
- Proven leadership and people management experience
- Strong understanding of software development and testing processes
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
