Your creative freedom
As Head of AI & Data Switzerland, you assume strategic, economic and technical responsibility for our AI & Data practice in Switzerland. You will further develop our business, win new customers and projects together with Sales and lead our existing team into the future.
As part of the digital leadership team, you combine business, technology and leadership and use the international expertise of T-Systems and Deutsche Telekom to drive innovative AI & data solutions in the Swiss market.
Market and business responsibility
- You will strategically develop our AI & data practice, sharpen the portfolio and market positioning and, together with Sales, develop new customers and business potential
- You are responsible for the economic development of your division with a focus on pipeline, order entry, turnover, margin and capacity utilization and position our solutions at management and C-level
AI, Data & Agentic Solutions
- You shape the technological orientation around AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, Data and Automation and develop innovative, scalable and economically viable customer solutions together with your team
- You support customers in their AI and data transformation and ensure that governance, security, compliance and integration into existing IT landscapes are taken into account
End-to-end delivery & technological excellence
- You are responsible for the successful implementation and quality of our AI & data projects — from strategy and architecture to engineering and integration to operation
- You establish technical standards and best practices and use T-Systems' international expertise, assets and delivery structures specifically for the Swiss market
Leadership & Team Development
- You will take over the professional and disciplinary management of our existing AI & Data team, promote talent and further develop competencies and organization in line with future market requirements
- You create an efficient, collaborative team culture, provide strategic and technological orientation and develop a sustainable practice together with the leadership team
That's why you fit in with us
- A completed university degree (FH/Uni/ETH) in computer science, engineering, business informatics or a comparable technical field forms your basis
- You have at least 8 years of professional experience in AI, data, technology consulting, software engineering or architecture
- A deep understanding of modern AI, data, cloud and software architectures as well as current developments around GenAI, Agentic AI and automation sets you apart. You can translate technological potential into economically viable customer solutions
- Experience in technology consulting, sales and business development as well as entrepreneurial thinking and a good understanding of turnover, margin, pipeline and workload complete your business profile
- With initial management experience or distinctive leadership expertise, you will impress at management and C-level, develop teams and use international expertise specifically for the Swiss market
- Analytical thinking, decisiveness and pragmatic action characterize you even in a dynamic technological environment
- With your excellent German and English skills, you communicate confidently with customers, management and international teams
- Willingness to travel throughout Switzerland and the willingness to work regularly at our locations in Zurich and Bern and with local customers round off your profile
