What you'll do
- Drive the advancement of RACV's AI strategy by fostering partnerships and aligning internal capabilities.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of AI projects that enhance customer experiences and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in AI, strategy, or partnerships, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Proven track record in managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and external partners.
Nice to have
- Experience in the insurance or automotive industries.
- Familiarity with machine learning and data analytics tools.
Skills & tools
- Proficient in AI technologies and frameworks.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Experience with stakeholder engagement and relationship management tools.
