Head of Business Operations
ReOrbit is looking for a highly driven and execution-oriented Head of Business Operations professional to work closely with our CEO and leadership team.
As our Head of Business Operations, you will operate at the intersection of strategy, execution, and operations, helping translate company priorities into measurable outcomes. You will work across the organisation to drive critical initiatives, improve our operating rhythm, solve complex business problems, and ensure that key decisions turn into action. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in a fast-growing, international technology company and is comfortable navigating multiple priorities and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Work closely with Executive Management to translate company strategy into clear priorities and actionable execution plans.
Drive strategic and cross-functional initiatives from definition through to delivery.
Track company-level objectives, milestones, and KPIs, identifying areas that require attention or intervention.
Prepare analysis and recommendations to support key business and operational decisions.
Ensure that decisions and priorities from leadership discussions are translated into clear actions and followed through.
Improve the company’s operating cadence, processes, and ways of working as the organisation scales.
Identify operational bottlenecks and work with functional leaders to resolve them.
Establish and maintain dashboards, reporting, and management routines that improve transparency and accountability.
Coordinate initiatives across Engineering, Delivery, Commercial, Finance, People, and other functions.
Support the development and implementation of scalable business processes.
Act as an execution partner to the CEO on selected strategic and operational priorities.
Prepare materials, analysis, and decision briefs for leadership and board-level discussions.
Follow up on critical commitments and actions across the leadership team.
Support management reviews, strategy sessions, and company planning cycles.
Take ownership of special projects and initiatives assigned by the CEO.
Establish clear ownership, timelines, and success metrics for key company initiatives.
Monitor execution against company objectives and proactively flag risks, blockers, or delays.
Drive structured follow-up across functions while maintaining clear ownership with the relevant functional leaders.
Help strengthen decision-making, accountability, and execution discipline across the organisation.
Skills and Requirements
8+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, management consulting, corporate development, programme management, or a similar high-ownership role.
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated experience driving complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across different functions and levels of seniority.
Experience working closely with senior executives while remaining comfortable operating hands-on.
Strong commercial and financial understanding.
Ability to navigate ambiguity, changing priorities, and demanding timelines.
A high level of ownership, discretion, and integrity.
Ability to simplify complex problems and drive them towards clear decisions and execution.
A proactive and pragmatic mindset, with a strong bias towards action.
