Head of Business Support.Business Support.Operations

Responsible for overall performance and service delivery of all Operations & Technology activities in Kuwait.

Manage & direct the functioning of operations by providing the foundation & organizational structure to support business development, facilitate a strong control environment, maximize efficiency and cost control through bench- marked service delivery & operational standards, within the framework of corporate policies, procedure and local regulations.

Institute operations risk management guidelines through appropriate technology and process engineering.

Recommend and implement operations plan and develop goals for all officers in line with overall business plan.

Identifies opportunities for service quality and process improvement.

Ensure personal and team compliance will all Risk Management programs, Internal Control and Audit requirements.

Co-ordinate with Central Bank of Kuwait to meet their requirements in terms of system, reporting and Control.
