Head of Casino (iGaming)
Summary
Project Manager / Team Lead owning day-to-day operational management of a white-label iGaming platform: coordinating cross-functional teams (support, CRM, retention, affiliate, marketing), driving releases, tracking risks, and improving delivery processes remotely, with a growth path toward executive leadership.
We are looking for an experienced Head of Casino to take full ownership of one of our B2C iGaming brands in LATAM.
This is not a Project Management or Delivery role.
You will own the commercial and operational performance of the brand, coordinate all key business functions, work directly with founders, and have a clear path toward a C-level position.
Responsibilities
Own the casino brand end-to-end.
Be responsible for GGR, NGR, FTD, Retention, LTV and overall brand performance.
Coordinate Affiliate, CRM, VIP, Retention, Customer Support, Payments, Risk and Product teams.
Define operational priorities and ensure all departments work toward common business goals.
Launch new GEOs and scale existing markets.
Build and improve operational processes.
Work directly with founders on strategy, growth and scaling.
Requirements
4+ years in iGaming.
Experience managing an online casino or sportsbook brand.
Experience owning commercial KPIs (GGR, NGR, FTD, LTV, Retention).
Experience coordinating Affiliate, CRM, VIP, Payments, Risk and Product.
Experience with P&L or strong commercial ownership.
Experience launching new GEOs is a strong plus.
LATAM experience is a plus.
English B2+.
