Head of Cloud Platform & AI-Driven Products

Xero is seeking a Head of Product for Cloud Engineering in a flexible, hybrid role across ANZ and North America. You will oversee three portfolios—Build & Run, Cloud Capabilities, and Database Engineering—and drive the strategy for a multi-region cloud platform, including the migration from SQL Server to Aurora Postgres.

You will partner with Engineering leadership to implement the platform roadmap and redefine how product engineering supports AI-driven work.
