About the Role

Juremi Group is seeking an experienced Head of Finance & Investment to restructure and strengthen the company's finance function. The successful candidate will establish robust financial governance, drive investment performance, secure growth capital, and provide strategic financial insights that support sustainable business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across all business units.
* Manage treasury operations and liquidity to ensure group-wide financial stability.
* Develop and implement investment and wealth management strategies to maximize returns on company assets.
* Strengthen financial governance, internal controls, and reporting processes.
* Provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations to support business growth and decision-making.

Requirements

* 5–10 years of relevant experience in finance, investment, treasury, or a related leadership role.
* Strong knowledge of financial planning, investment management, treasury operations, and corporate finance.
* Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
* Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.
* Experience in investment management or financial services is an added advantage.
