Key Responsibilities

• Lead front-to-back hedge fund operations, including trade settlements, corporate actions, capital activities, and fund lifecycle management.
• Oversee fund accounting, daily/monthly NAV calculations, valuations, performance reporting, and fee computations.
• Manage, mentor, and develop the operations team while overseeing daily operational activities and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with prime brokers, custodians, fund administrators, transfer agents, investors, and internal investment teams.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, audit readiness, governance, and adherence to operational risk frameworks.
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiency projects.

Key Requirements

• Extensive experience in a senior hedge fund operations leadership role (e.g., COO, Head of Operations, Senior Operations Manager).
• Strong expertise in front-to-back hedge fund operations, fund administration, NAV, valuations, and fund governance.
• Proven leadership experience with strong stakeholder management across internal and external partners.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel; experience with Python and Enfusion Portfolio Management System is an advantage.
