Head of HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

• Manages and supervises the HR Business Partner org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs
• Designs and leads initiatives with regard to HR Business Partner
• Takes responsibility for standards, governance and processes in area of responsibility
• Defines and steers budgets for the development of activities within area of responsibility
• Proposes and implements measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth
• Functional accountability for HR Business Partner on country/site- level
• Manages and supervises the HR Business Partner org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Organizational Psychology
• 5–10 years of experience in progressive HR experience within the manufacturing industry, including leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican Federal Labor Law, collective bargaining agreements, union negotiations, labor compliance, and strategic Human Resources Management.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
