LOCATION: IKEJA, LAGOS

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: FULL TIME

EXPECTED RESUMPTION: 1ST NOVEMBER, 2026

SALARY: N800,000+.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead HR strategy, workforce planning and executive recruitment.
• Develop and implement performance management and accountability frameworks.
• Oversee HR policies and employee relations.
• Drive organizational culture.
• Supervise office administration, facilities, procurement, and corporate services.

Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years of professional experience.
• Preferably 8–10 years in senior HR or organizational leadership positions.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Professional HR certifications such as CIPM, SHRM or HRCI, are advantages.
• Experience in banking, investment management, fintech, or another regulated environment is strongly preferred.
