Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Head of HR to lead and oversee overall human resources management for a leading real estate development business in Thailand, supporting multiple projects and affiliated businesses.

The role will primarily focus on HR Management (HRM), while also driving key HR Development (HRD) initiatives to strengthen organizational capability, employee performance, engagement, and sustainable business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee overall HRM operations across assigned businesses and project locations.
  • Manage manpower planning, headcount, recruitment, onboarding, transfers, promotions, and employee exits.
  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances, and conflict resolution professionally and effectively.
  • Partner with management on workforce planning, organizational structure, performance management, attendance, and employee-related matters.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, HR procedures, and Thai labor laws.
  • Coordinate with Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, and HR Operations to ensure effective HR service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate employee data, organization charts, headcount reports, and HR documentation.
  • Regularly visit project sites to understand operational challenges and provide practical HR solutions.
  • Drive workforce optimization, organizational change, employee engagement, and culture initiatives.
  • Support performance management, talent development, succession planning, and learning & development programs.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the HR team to deliver effective HR services across multiple locations.
  • Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to senior management, providing practical people solutions aligned with business objectives.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, with experience at HR Manager level or above.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in HRM, particularly employee relations, manpower planning, recruitment, HR operations, and performance management.
  • Good knowledge of HRD, talent management, employee engagement, and learning & development.
  • Experience in residential condominium, housing, property development, construction, or real estate is a strong advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws and employee relations practices.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, flexible, self-driven, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, project-based environment.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
  • Able to work two Saturdays per month.
