Head of IT – Asset managment wealth management AI automation

Our client, One of a leading enterprise focusing on to B business, is seeking an experienced Head of IT focusing on team management and emerging technolofy implementation, and consultation. ( Asset Management / Wealth Management core system)


RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop, manage, and execute the company's IT strategy and roadmap, ensuring that it aligns with business objectives

• Lead digital transformation, oversee the development and implementation of new applications and systems, ensure it meets the business needs and objectives, including cloud native architecture, Microservices, and Devops.

• Define and maintain project management methodologies, processes, and templates to improve project delivery, efficiency and quality.

• Covers IT governance, information security, and building compliance framework, and ensure fulfilling regulator's requirements.

• Manage sizable and cross-functional projects and ensure performance and revenue optimisation, and risks mitigation.

• Develop high-performing teams, manage vendors, and align IT initiatives with business goals, and implement innovative IT solutions.

• Evaluate possibility to apply emerging technologies (including AI, automation, transformation, and data intelligence, etc.)
  
  
  
  REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications preferred

• Minimum 10 years of experience in AI implementation, Transformation, Integration, Data & BI, and Project Execution, with at least 5 years in a senior management role in relevant sector (Family Office/ Wealth Management/ Asset management)

• Extensive hands-on experience with the implementation and management of enterprise-level applications, such as financial system and applications, and AI automation .

• Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration skills, with diverse cultural background
  Strong understanding cloud computing infrastructure, network security, and distributed system.

• Proficient in English and Mandarin Chinese

• Awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies

• Expertise in budget management, resource allocation, and vendor management

• Ability to drive innovation and lead transformative change initiatives, including implementation of AI, big data, and automation etc

• Familiar with fintech compliance requirement and data security standards
