The Head of Information Technology is responsible for defining and executing our Company’s technology vision, strategy, governance framework, and digital transformation roadmap to support the company's growth across various corporate functions. The role serves as a strategic business partner to Executive Management and Department Heads, ensuring that technology investments deliver measurable business value, operational efficiency, cybersecurity resilience, regulatory compliance, and sustainable growth. The incumbent will lead enterprise IT, cybersecurity, digital transformation, cloud services, business applications, infrastructure, and end-user services while driving innovation through data analytics, automation, artificial intelligence (AI), and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities
IT Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and execute IT strategy and roadmap, align technology goals with overall business objectives and drive digital transformation.
IT Infrastructure & Operations : Manage servers, networks, cloud environments, enterprise applications, and ERP systems (such as Business Central). Oversee infrastructure and cloud environments, ensure availability and reliability of IT operations. Lead digital transformation projects, evaluate and implement new technologies aligned with business objectives. Ensure business continuity and disaster recovery
Cybersecurity & Compliance: Oversee data governance, risk management, and security compliance. Maintain Company’s security controls and data preservation and compliance. Protects the organization's information assets, systems, and data from cyber threats. Establish governance and best practices.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and build IT teams or service delivery units.
Budget & Vendor Management: Allocate technology budgets and manage third-party vendor relationships. Manage IT budgets and vendors
IT productivity: Effective management and timely execution of IT productivity tools to ensure company business efficiency and productivity
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor degree in IT or related field.
10+ years of progressive IT experience with at least 5 years in senior leadership.
Strong, hands on experience with M365 suite of applications, and managing company portal.
Experience developing and implementing IT strategies and technology roadmaps
Proven experience driving digital transformation, including AI adoption, process automation, business intelligence or technology-led process improvement.
Strong IT project management experience across planning, implementation and user adoption.
Good understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, system maintenance, IT governance and data security.
Experience managing IT vendors, software providers, consultants and external technology partners.
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate operational requirements into practical and cost-effective technology solutions.
Demonstrated experience leading, developing and mentoring an internal IT team.
Proactive, adaptable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced business environment.
Professional Certifications such as Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect, Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator, AWS SolutionsArchitect would be advantageous
