# Head of Marketing Bangalore | 5 Days WFO\ Experience: 10–15+ Years | Cybersecurity We are hiring a Head of Marketing for a recently funded cybersecurity company backed by global investors. The role will own the marketing function end-to-end across India and North America. ### What you will own - Build and execute demand generation programs to drive enterprise pipeline - Own thought leadership, content, whitepapers and online presence - Lead market research, competitive intelligence and positioning - Drive SEO, digital marketing and industry events - Build sales enablement to help Sales open doors and accelerate conversions - Work closely with founders and Sales on GTM strategy - Lead the existing marketing team and build the function as the company scales ### What we are looking for - 10–15+ years of marketing experience - 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity - Experience in B2B enterprise / upper-mid-market marketing - Strong exposure to demand generation, content, events and sales enablement - Experience marketing to enterprise customers, preferably across BFSI and Healthcare - Strong understanding of cybersecurity markets and enterprise buying cycles - Experience building or scaling marketing teams in a startup / high-growth environment
