Head of Partnerships - Insurance
You will lead the insurance vertical and scale distribution across Health, Life, and Affinity products. You will develop strategy, establish partnerships with insurers and brokers, grow agency networks, recruit and manage field and tele-sales teams, launch insurance offerings, and maintain scalable, compliant operating processes.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the insurance distribution strategy across Health, Life, and Affinity categories.
- Build and nurture relationships with insurance providers and brokers.
- Establish and grow a national agency and partner network.
- Recruit, train, and manage field and tele-sales teams.
- Collaborate to design and launch differentiated insurance offerings.
- Develop scalable processes, compliance frameworks, and performance tracking systems.
- Work with Product, Marketing, and Member Engagement teams.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor movements, and regulatory changes.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in insurance or financial services, focused on distribution, partnerships, or bancassurance.
- Proven success building and scaling field, tele-sales, and agency networks.
- Strong relationships with leading insurers and brokers in India.
- Deep understanding of insurance products, pricing structures, and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience leading diverse teams across geographies.
- Communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-growing fintech environment.
- Based in the NCR region or willing to relocate.
