Summary
Lead the product design team, set the vision, and deliver consistent, high-quality user experiences across web and mobile platforms while mentoring designers and partnering with product and engineering.
You will set the strategic vision for product design and lead the delivery of consistent, high-quality experiences across platforms. You will contribute directly to important projects, recruit and mentor the product design team, partner with product and engineering, uphold design quality, champion user research and accessibility, and guide teams through complexity and change.

Requirements
- 10+ years of product design experience
- At least 5 years managing design teams
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence, systems thinking, and user-centered problem solving
- Experience across web and mobile consumer products
- Experience scaling and leading design teams
- Expertise in end-to-end product design from research to implementation
- Understanding of design systems, accessibility standards, responsive design, and UI/UX trends
- Strong business acumen
- Familiarity with agile environments and product development cycles
- Exceptional visual and interaction design skills
- Leadership, communication, organizational, and planning skills
