Head of Sales (m/f/d)

We are already booking demos with some of the largest companies in Germany and need you to turn that pipeline into signed office projects. You will have the unique opportunity to build our sales organisation from the ground up, close key deals yourself, and own our strategic events and partnerships., Sales process: Manage the full cycle from first call to signed project; define stages, qualification, and handover in HubSpot. Key deals: Close complex deals yourself with decision-makers in real estate, facility management, workplace, and procurement. Targets and forecast: Set targets, forecast revenue, and report the pipeline to management and investors. Events and partnerships: Own the trade fair calendar, represent us in networks, and build partnerships with architects, brokers, facility service providers, and furniture manufacturers. Expansion and collaboration: Drive market entry beyond Germany and align lead quality, buying signals, and CRM with the Head of Marketing, while utilizing AI for research and follow-ups., 6+ years in B2B sales, including 2+ years leading a sales or SDR team Track record of hitting targets with complex deals and long decision cycles at large companies Experience building sales processes, including qualification, forecasting, and CRM management Proficiency in using AI tools as a natural part of your daily work Fluent German and English, with a willingness to travel within DACH Nice-to-have: Network in real estate, facility management, workplace...
