About Creso :

Creso is a B2B platform for Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs) in India. We give distributors what they need to run a professional practice. Our customers are solo and small-team MFDs managing 1Cr to 100 Cr in AUM.

The role :

The Head of Sales owns revenue. That means P&L accountability for the sales function, ownership of new MFD acquisition and AUM growth on the platform, and the responsibility to build a sales team and process that scales beyond any individual.

What you'll own :

- Revenue & P&L : Own monthly and quarterly new MFD acquisition targets. Manage sales-function costs against budget. Forecast accurately. Report weekly on pipeline, conversion, and AUM growth.

- MFD Network Development : Build and grow Creso's MFD customer base across T30 and B30 cities. Design region-specific go-to-market plans.

- Distributor & Channel Partnerships: Develop relationships with AMCs, NISM training institutes, and financial distribution networks.

- Diversified Asset Class Sales : Work with product and marketing to train the team, develop sales motions, and identify cross-sell opportunities.

- Team Leadership : Hire, onboard, and develop the sales team. Set clear individual targets.

- Playbook & Process : Write the sales playbook from scratch: discovery questions, competitive positioning, demo flow, objection handling, follow-up sequences, and CRM standards.

- Compliance : Ensure all sales activities, channel partner operations, and distributor onboarding meet SEBI, AMFI, and internal compliance guidelines.

What we're looking for :

- Minimum 10 years in sales, with a proven track record of hitting revenue targets in financial services.

- Direct experience with Mutual Funds, wealth management, or BFSI distribution is required.

- B2B sales experience is preferred.

- Experience in fintech or digital financial services is highly preferred.
