As a Health Club Manager, you’re not just supervising daily health club operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

  • Supervise health club operations: Manage and oversee the health club, fitness center, spa, operations
  • Lead the health club team: Train, schedule, and supervise team members across fitness, spa, and guest service roles to ensure a seamless, high-quality guest experience
  • Provide hands-on support: Step into staff roles as needed to maintain service continuity and uphold quality across all guest touchpoints
  • Support business operations: Assist with marketing, merchandising, programming, inventory management, and tracking financial performance to drive engagement and efficiency
  • Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing

  • Experience in the hospitality industry in a similar role is required
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
  • Understanding of good health habits in terms of exercise and nutrition.
  • Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy to defuse anger, collect accurate information and resolve conflicts.
  • Basic mathematical comprehension to understand and interpret numbers as they apply to operations in hotels and health clubs.
  • Must possess strong organizational skills and strong leadership capabilities
