Healthier SG app ambassador (1 year contract) #HKH
Responsibilities:
- Conduct appointment reminders to patients on their upcoming appointment or assist patient in scheduling their next appointment
- Participate in outreach activities, including sending of SMSes, making phone calls, and distributing mailers, to patients who are yet enrolled in HSG
- Coordinate and book HSG consultation appointments for enrolled patients
- Communicating of “My Care Team” to patients
Requirements:
- Min N / O / A / Diploma in any courses
- Able to start work immediately
Mon to Fri, office hours
