The company is a well-established Australian-owned and operated business that possesses a large inventory of small to large-sized access equipment and machines for the construction and maintenance industries. With over 25 years in the hire industry, they are proud to provide high-quality elevated work platforms (EWPs), scissor lifts, boom lifts and forklifts across Brisbane and beyond.

They are now seeking an enthusiastic Heavy Rigid (HR) truck driver to join their growing team. As a one of their HR Delivery Drivers, you will be the face of the business, as well as have outstanding driving skills and a strong customer focus.

The Position…

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Conducting pre-start and post-start checks on trucks
  
• Transporting a high amount of Scissor Lifts, Boom Lifts and Forklifts.
  
• Being accountable for safe loading/unloading tasks
  
• Following all OH&S regulations set out by the business.
  
  

Due to this position placing a significant priority on customer service, your ability to communicate with clients effectively and in a professional manner is essential.

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes & experience:

• HR licence as a minimum (mandatory)
  
• Must be available for an early morning start
  
• Clean driving record
  
• Team player – able to work well with others, while confident to work autonomously
  
• Strong commitment to safety
  
• Strong customer service ethic
  
• Ability to handle physical workload
  
• Strong time management skills
