HIL Engineer for Body/Brain
Summary
Develops and maintains Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) test environments for automotive ECUs, configuring I/O, simulating networks, and troubleshooting anomalies for Stellantis vehicle systems.
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
- Development, configuration, and maintenance of HIL environments for BRAIN ECUs
- I/O channel setup, I/O simulation modeling, and rest-of-bus simulation (SoftECUs)
- Configuration of component and subsystem HIL simulators
- Development and verification of HIL setups for anomaly reproduction and troubleshooting
- Technical and methodological support to Stellantis cross-functional teams
With a Master’s degree (BAC+5) from an engineering school or university specializing in embedded systems, you have successful experience in the field of HIL engineering
- M.Sc. in Electrical/Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering
- Strong team-oriented mindset
- Experience with MATLAB/Simulink (dSPACE toolchain is considered a plus)
- Knowledge of automotive communication protocols: CAN, CAN FD, LIN, Automotive Ethernet
- Knowledge of HIL simulation environments
- Good level of written and spoken English
- Knowledge of Body vehicle features (optional)
