A bit about the job
The purpose of the internship is to support Hilton Worldwide Sales team with their day-to-day work. Assisting IBT and Group segments, this internship will give the successful candidate a 360° view of a successful functioning of a Global Sales Office. Working under the direction and guidance of the Director of Hilton Worldwide Sales as well as other team members, the primary focus of this role is to provide administrative and sales support to the teams whilst learning the skills and knowledge to have a successful career in the Hospitality industry.
Position Summary:
Functions include:
- Prepare customer facing business reviews
- Support marketing collaterals creation (e.g. invitations, surveys)
- Consolidate client performance analysis & reporting
- Accompany Sales teams to client appointments
- Assist Sales representatives in the organisation of client events
- Support RFP launches
Support hotel needs and requests
Supportive Functions
In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the line manager based upon the particular requirements of the company.
- Comply with all policies, systems and procedures as laid down by the line manager
- The holder of this statement can be asked to take on other tasks in addition of the ones stated, in a reasonable framework
- Additional supportive functions as appropriate
- Participates in industry events and represents Hilton Worldwide at trade fairs and workshops, agreed by the line manager
- Updates manuals and other department-related documents
- Contributes to the development and performance of the team
Supports training for new team members – if applicable

What are we looking for?
As with any job, we do have certain criteria that you will need to meet in order to be considered for this amazing opportunity. These are detailed as follows;
- Must be studying towards a degree, preferably with a focus on Sales, Hospitality or Business
- Must be available to start in October 2026.
- Must be fluent in Italian & English, including reading, writing and speaking
- Must be able to commit to a 6 month internship
- Must be in possession of an appropriate form of right to work, that will entitle you to undertake a 6 month internship in Italy without restriction
- The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in Sales and the Travel / Hospitality industry
- A candidate with good knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Excel, and a pro-active and organised approach is highly sought after for this role

- Language capability is a bonus
