inventory of small to large-sized access equipment and machines for the
construction and maintenance industries. The company has recently moved into new

The Position…
In this diverse and fast-paced role, you will work closely
with the Operations Manager to help coordinate and manage a fleet of 300+ hire
machines.
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Scheduling daily deliveries and pickups
- Taking bookings and assisting customers with
hire enquiries
- Coordinating drivers and workshop staff
- Supporting general administration tasks
- Building strong relationships with new and
existing customers
The Ideal
Candidate…
The ideal candidate will be someone who takes pride in their
work and brings a proactive, solution-focused attitude. While experience in
equipment hire, construction, logistics, or a similar industry will be highly
regarded, the company is also open to applicants who demonstrate enthusiasm and
a willingness to learn.
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes &
experience:
- Previous experience with fleet management (desirable)
- A machinery or logistics background would be highly advantageous
- Experienced in using hire software systems, MYOB
and Microsoft Office (desirable)
- Ability to work well under pressure and
comfortable in a fast-moving environment
- A confident communicator and natural
relationship builder
- Organised and capable of multitasking
effectively
- A logical thinker with strong problem-solving
skills
- Detail-oriented and accurate in their work
- A team player who is keen to grow with the
business
- High attention to detail
