We are hiring for the position of Senior Production Support Engineer (AWS, OpenShift & Dynatrace).

Key Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in Dynatrace monitoring, application performance monitoring, dashboards and alert management.
- Hands-on experience with OpenShift, including container monitoring, deployment troubleshooting and application support.
- Strong experience with AWS cloud components and application troubleshooting.
- Experience in L1/L2 Production Support or Application Support.
- Good understanding of incident management, problem management and root cause analysis (RCA).
- Experience in API monitoring, performance analysis and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of application logs, error analysis and debugging.
- Basic knowledge of Java and React applications is an added advantage.
- Preferred experience in Banking or E-commerce domains.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills.
Note: Hands-on experience with Dynatrace, OpenShift and AWS is mandatory. Production/Application Support experience is essential.
