Key Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in OpenShift deployments and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with Argo CD and GitOps deployments.
- Strong experience in Dynatrace monitoring and Dynatrace Query Language (DQL).
- Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) components.
- Experience in API monitoring, performance measurements and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of basic log monitoring and error analysis.
- Basic frontend/backend application knowledge with the ability to debug errors and trace issues to the code level.
- Strong experience in L1/L2 Production Support and incident management.
- Good troubleshooting, analytical and communication skills.
Note: Hands-on experience with OpenShift, Argo CD and Dynatrace with DQL is mandatory.
