Position Summary The Home Loan Sales Executive operates within the Home Finance Department, accountable for facilitating home loan transactions and assisting clients in their financing needs related to home purchases. This role is critical in promoting the organizations mortgage products and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the loan application process. Principal Responsibilities - Identify and engage potential clients seeking home loans, including housing finance and loans against property. - Conduct comprehensive consultations with clients to assess their financial needs and recommend appropriate loan products. - Prepare and present loan proposals to clients, detailing terms, conditions, and repayment options of various mortgage products. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations, market trends, and competitive offerings to effectively address client inquiries. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of loan applications and resolution of any issues that arise during the approval process. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals. - Achieve sales targets set by management through effective lead generation and follow-up strategies. Eligibility and Qualifications - A degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred. - Previous experience in home loans or mortgage sales is an advantage but not essential. - Knowledge of housing finance products and related regulations is desirable.
