The position aims to enhance the customer base by effectively communicating loan options and guiding clients through the application process, thereby contributing to the overall growth of the financial institution. Accountabilities - Engage with potential customers to identify their financial needs and present suitable loan products. - Conduct thorough assessments of customer profiles to recommend appropriate loan solutions. - Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes affecting loan products. - Facilitate loan applications and ensure all necessary documentation is accurately collected and processed. - Follow up with clients throughout the loan approval process to ensure timely completion. - Prepare regular reports on sales performance and client interactions to inform management strategies. - Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns related to loans.
