  • Shape Programs and Policy: Translate Agency priorities into a forward-looking homeownership strategy with measurable goals for affordability, access, production, revenue, and customer outcomes.
  • Deliver a Strong Customer and Lender Experience: Ensure borrowers and participating lenders receive consistent, accessible, and high-quality service from initial engagement through loan purchase and servicing transfer.
  • Strengthen Partnerships: Sustain effective relationships with participating lenders, the master servicer, government-sponsored enterprises, and other partners essential to successful loan delivery.
  • Protect Program Integrity: Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, investor, insurer, funding-source, and Agency requirements; maintain reliable data, documentation, controls, procedures, and reporting; and identify risks early.
  • Manage an Accountable Team: Translate strategy into clear priorities and results, supervise and develop the homeownership team, use technology and information effectively, and connect daily execution to VHFA’s long-term goals.
