我們正在尋找具備深厚影像處理與FPGA開發經驗的系統工程師，負責開發應用於長波紅外線感測器（LWIR）的無快門影像處理系統架構，以支援640x480解析度的即時影像串流。此職位需主導 FPGA 韌體架構設計、影像處理模組實作，並整合感測器、記憶體與處理器等子系統。

We are seeking an experienced engineer with solid background in image processing and FPGA design to develop a shutterless thermal imaging pipeline for 640x480 LWIR sensors. The role involves system-level architecture design, image pipeline implementation on FPGA, and integration with sensors, memory, and processors.

主要職責 Key Responsibilities

設計並實作影像處理模組（NUC、AGC、TNR、DRC 等）於 FPGA 上
Design and implement image processing modules (e.g. NUC, AGC, TNR, DRC) on FPGA

開發無快門式影像補償與動態背景校正演算法
Develop shutterless thermal compensation and dynamic background correction algorithms

整合紅外線感測器模組（Microbolometer）與其影像傳輸介面（MIPI/LVDS）
Integrate LWIR sensor modules and interface (MIPI, LVDS, etc.)

管理高速資料流與暫存控制（FIFO, DDR, SDRAM）
Handle high-speed image data streaming and buffer management

協助嵌入式韌體團隊整合 MCU / SoC 控制與影像輸出系統
Collaborate with embedded firmware team for MCU/SoC control and image output system

撰寫設計文件與測試規格，參與系統驗證與性能調校
Write design documents, define test specifications, and participate in validation & tuning

必要條件 Required Qualifications

電機、電子、光電、資工等相關碩士或以上學歷（或具同等實務經驗）
Master’s degree in EE, ECE, Optoelectronics, or related field (or equivalent experience)

5 年以上 FPGA 或影像處理系統設計經驗
5+ years of experience in FPGA or image processing system development

精通 Verilog/VHDL，熟悉 AMD / Intel FPGA 開發流程與工具
Proficient in Verilog/VHDL; familiar with AMD / Intel FPGA toolchains

熟悉熱影像處理流程與無快門影像技術
Familiar with thermal image processing and shutterless correction techniques

熟悉嵌入式系統與 MCU 介面設計與整合
Experience with embedded system integration using MCU

加分條件 Preferred Qualifications

曾參與熱顯像儀、夜視系統、車用紅外系統開發
Experience in developing thermal imagers, night vision systems, or automotive infrared systems

熟悉高頻寬介面如 MIPI CSI, USB3.0, Ethernet AVB, HDMI
Familiarity with high-bandwidth interfaces such as MIPI CSI, USB3.0, Ethernet AVB, HDMI

具備低功耗設計與實時系統開發經驗
Experience in low-power design and real-time system development

有與 IR sensor 供應商合作（如 ULIS, FLIR, DRS 等）經驗
Experience collaborating with IR sensor vendors (e.g., ULIS, FLIR, DRS)
