Responsibilities:
- Supervise landscaping works and ensure quality standards across assigned sites.
- Coordinate manpower, equipment, and work schedules with the Operations Manager.
- Liaise with clients and management agents on site arrangements, feedback, and landscape requirements.
- Recommend innovative landscaping solutions and provide horticultural advice.
- Guide gardeners, support onboarding, and resolve on-site landscaping challenges.
- Prepare site reports, enforce WSH standards, and support ad hoc sales activities.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Landscape Design and Horticulture or other related courses
