At Concho Hearts Hospice, we're looking for an energetic, motivated, and experienced Full-Time Hospice Marketer / Community Liaison to join our growing team serving Port Arthur, Texas, and surrounding communities!
We're looking for someone who understands hospice, knows how to develop meaningful healthcare relationships, and has the drive to grow a successful marketing territory.

What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain strong referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other healthcare providers.
- Develop new hospice referral opportunities while strengthening existing partnerships.
- Educate healthcare professionals about hospice services, eligibility, and the benefits of timely hospice referrals.
- Conduct regular in-person visits with referral partners throughout the assigned territory.
- Identify growth opportunities and expand community awareness of Concho Hearts Hospice.
- Represent our organization at community events, healthcare meetings, and networking opportunities.
- Collaborate with clinical and leadership teams to support a positive referral and admission experience.
- Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with referral sources.
- Track marketing activities, referral trends, and territory development.
- Meet established marketing and referral development goals.
- Maintain professionalism and follow all applicable healthcare marketing regulations and company policies.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous hospice marketing experience is required.
- Strong understanding of hospice services, eligibility, referral processes, and hospice philosophy.
- Established healthcare referral relationships in Winnie, Stowell, Hamshire, Fannett, Beaumont, or surrounding communities are a plus.
- Proven ability to develop new referral accounts and maintain existing healthcare partnerships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Outgoing, confident, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to develop a productive marketing territory.
- Dependable with excellent follow-through and a commitment to building lasting relationships.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical and leadership teams.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
- Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
Please note: This position requires previous hospice marketing experience. Candidates without hospice marketing experience will not meet the minimum qualifications.
