Position Highlights- Specialty: Daytime Hospitalist — full-time, employed position at St. Joseph's Hospital, Tucson, AZ
- Schedule: Shift-based block scheduling — 7 on / 7 off with some flexibility built in for work-life balance
- Shift Coverage: 1 swing shift and 1 nocturnist on rotation
- Team Support: Two APPs during day shifts, one APP overnight
- Patient Volume: Average daily census of 18 patients with 1–2 admissions per shift
- ICU Model: Closed ICU — Intensivist and IV Team provide procedure support
- Teaching Opportunity: Optional involvement in teaching internal medicine residents
- Language Bonus: Spanish-speaking skills a plus, but not required
