Host/Hostess
As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere upon arrival. You’ll manage reservations, coordinate seating, and assist in ensuring smooth front-of-house operations. This role is key to delivering an exceptional guest dining experience and reports to the Restaurant Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- You will be the welcoming face of our hotel's dining experiences, ensuring guests feel at home and have a memorable meal.
- Your daily tasks will include greeting guests, managing reservations, and coordinating table assignments.
- You will report to the Restaurant Supervisor or Restaurant Manager.

The Food & Beverage Host/Helper is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service in the Club Lounge while ensuring all lounge, pantry, and restaurant support areas are properly stocked, organized, and maintained. This team member serves as an ambassador of hospitality by engaging with guests, maintaining presentation standards, assisting with inventory control, and supporting restaurant operations as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Guest Service & Club Lounge Operations
- Welcome and engage with guests in the Club Lounge, providing attentive and personalized service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting lounge environment at all times.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests, questions, and concerns.
- Monitor food and beverage offerings to ensure quality, freshness, and presentation standards are maintained.
- Assist guests with lounge amenities and provide information regarding hotel services and facilities.
Stocking & Inventory Management
- Fully stock and replenish all food, beverage, paper, and service supplies within the Club Lounge.
- Maintain inventory levels and organization of the Corner Pantry, ensuring products are readily available and attractively displayed.
- Rotate products following FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs to leadership.
- Assist with monthly food, beverage, and supply inventories, ensuring accurate counts and proper documentation.
Restaurant Support
- Assist restaurant staff during peak business periods or staffing needs.
- Support food running, bussing, table setup, guest interactions, and other operational functions as assigned.
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization in dining and service areas.
- Work collaboratively with restaurant and culinary teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
General Responsibilities
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health standards.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and service standards.
- Assist with special events, group functions, and other Food & Beverage operations as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality, restaurant, or guest service experience preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive motions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Education & Experience
Hotel experience is always a plus! Applicants should have:
