Margaritaville Resort Fort Myers Beach is seeking seasoned professionals for the exciting role of Host at JWB Grill, where elevated dining meets the warm, welcoming spirit of Margaritaville.

Nestled in the heart of Southwest Florida’s vibrant landscape, Margaritaville Fort Myers Beach, proudly owned and operated by TPI Hospitality, offers more than a job—it’s an opportunity for personal and professional growth in paradise.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Host who takes pride in making every guest feel welcome. As a greeter and one of the first faces our guests encounter, you’ll help set the tone for a memorable dining experience with a thoughtful welcome and genuine hospitality.

What You’ll Do: Set the Tone for Something Special

• Hold yourself accountable for achieving established guest service standards and strive to exceed every guest’s expectations.

• Utilize reservation systems like OpenTable and manage waitlists efficiently, demonstrating strong customer communication skills.

• Work closely with your supervisor to achieve or exceed expectations, understanding and fulfilling the expectations of the Host/Hostess position.

• Treat the restaurant as if it were your own, taking pride in its appearance, atmosphere, and guest experience.

• Help provide a safe and healthy environment for all guests and fellow associates by following safety protocols and cleanliness standards.

• Assist with other related duties as assigned by management to support overall resort operations and guest satisfaction.

What You’ll Bring to the Fins Up Team

• A high school diploma or equivalent.

• Top-notch customer service skills, both in person and on the phone.

• Ability to stand and walk more than 50% of the time.

• Ability to work in an outdoor, non-climate-controlled environment, including heat, sun, cold, and rainy conditions.

• Ability to lift or carry upwards of 20 pounds.

• Punctuality and regular, consistent attendance.

• A commitment to contributing to a positive team environment.
