Job Summary (Essential Functions)
Take reservations, greet members and their guests, provide accurate wait times, and escort members and their guests to the dining and bar areas. Requires strong organizational and people skills to ensure our members and their guests have a positive experience from the moment they arrive till their departure.

Job Tasks/Duties

• Takes member reservations by phone or in-person and maintains reservation book.
• Inspects all tables daily for proper appearance.
• Greets members and guests by name and promptly seats them at the appropriate table based on party size and member / guest preference.
• Works with Food and Beverage Manager to establish a wait list, if necessary, and strives to ensure all members and their guests are seated within quoted wait times.
• Assists with service of food and beverages in outlets and for special functions when needed.
• Assists with table clearing and re-setting as needed.
• Coordinates any special requests, including dietary needs, with the Food and Beverage Server, Food and Beverage Manager, or Executive Chef.
• Assures that all safety, accident and emergency policies and procedures are in place and consistently followed.
• Suggests when additional service supplies and small equipment are needed.
• Completes other appropriate work assignments as requested by Food and Beverage Manager or supervisor.
