A Host at Wintzell's Oyster House is responsible for creating a great first impression for guests and helping restaurant operations run smoothly. This member must maintain a positive attitude and demeanor at all times.

Host Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly as they arrive.
• Manage the waiting list and estimate wait times.
• Seat guests efficiently while balancing server sections.
• Answer phone calls and execute takeout orders.
• Handle guest questions and special requests.
• Maintain a clean, organized lobby and dining area.
• Assist with cleaning tables, menus, and common areas as needed.
• Support servers by helping with guest needs during busy periods.
• Ensure guests have a positive dining experience from arrival to departure.
