  • Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally, with special attention to English-speaking and Russian-speaking guests.
  • Escort guests to their tables and ensure a smooth seating flow, promptly providing menus and explaining meal plan inclusions.
  • Manage reservations, seating plans, waiting lists, and special table arrangements for celebrations and special occasions.
  • Liaise closely with the Food & Beverage service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth and timely operations.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally, communicating with relevant departments to ensure effective solutions.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the hostess desk and restaurant entrance area.
  • Support overall Food & Beverage operations to enhance the guest dining experience.
  • Collect guest feedback and provide daily updates to the Restaurant Manager and Executive Chef.
  • Perform opening and closing duties for the outlet in accordance with established procedures.
  • Pay close attention to detail, including table arrangements, menu presentation, cleanliness standards, and all guest-facing materials.
  • Consistently maintain high standards of personal hygiene, grooming, and professional appearance in accordance with resort SOPs.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude, professional behavior, and excellent guest service skills at all times.
  • Proven experience as a Hostess or in a guest-facing role within a five-star hotel or luxury resort.
  • Fluency in English and Russian; additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and a strong guest-focused mindset.
  • Ability to efficiently manage restaurant reservations and seating arrangements.
  • Solid understanding of food and beverage service standards and dining etiquette.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage operations and international cuisine.
