Under the direction of the Multisite Manager – Ashtabula and Bedford Park, the Production Supervisor is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring all daily activities of a team of hourly operators to ensure operational goals and deadlines are accomplished, while maintaining compliance with current environmental, health, and safety (EHS) guidelines, as well as all other applicable regulations.
This is a working supervisory role, and incumbent is expected to work with the members of his team, and, in certain circumstances (i.e., shortage of qualified manpower), operate a process/equipment to guarantee continuity of operations.
