General Description
Performs light cleaning duties to maintain all common areas and designated resident rooms in a clean and orderly manner. Duties may include making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, general upkeep, linen change out, and trash removal. Additional duties may include laundry services and providing cleaning following spills and accidents.
Essential Duties:
- Provides daily cleaning of main common areas and offices to include vacuuming, sweeping, mopping and windows.
- Cleans residents’ apartments to include bathroom, toilets, trash, dusting and vacuuming.
- Cleans public restrooms and employee breakroom.
- Vacuums halls and front lobby as required by schedule or as needed.
- Responsible for emptying trash in offices daily.
- Building cleaning as needed to include baseboards, ceiling light fixtures, and other hard to reach/access areas.
- Responsible for keeping the furniture in common areas clean and free of dust and clutter.
- Perform laundry functions as needed.
