The Team Leader is responsible for delivering courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service in alignment with the hotel’s standards and policies, while leading the improvement of housekeeping quality and maximizing guest satisfaction.
In addition to maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of guest rooms and assigned areas, the role involves managing, guiding, and enhancing daily operations to support overall team performance.
The Team Leader is also expected to strengthen interdepartmental collaboration, support the development of colleagues, and consistently demonstrate exemplary grooming and professional conduct to ensure smooth hotel operations.
