We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to support our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and is passionate about both Human Resources and office administration.

Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, resignation, and offboarding.
- Prepare employment contracts, HR correspondence, and maintain accurate employee records.
- Process monthly payroll, overtime, leave, and attendance records.
- Administer employee benefits, insurance, work passes, and medical claims.
- Coordinate employee training and maintain training records.
- Support performance appraisal exercises and employee engagement initiatives.
- Prepare statutory submissions, including CPF, IR8A, and IR21.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore MOM regulations and company HR policies.
- Liaise with government agencies and external vendors as required.
- Support HR projects and other ad hoc duties assigned by management.
Administration
- Oversee daily office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
- Manage office supplies, pantry items, uniforms, and PPE inventory.
- Coordinate company meetings, events, and staff welfare activities.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, courier services, and document filing.
- Arrange business travel, including flight and hotel bookings for overseas assignments.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Diploma in Human Resource, Business Administration, etc
- 1β3 years of HR and administrative experience in the manufacturing or precision engineering industry.
- Good knowledge of Singapore MOM regulations, payroll processing, CPF, and statutory HR requirements.
- Experience with Infotech HR/payroll software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
