HR AI Solutions Engineer | Power BI & Power Automate

📍 Location: Raffles Place, One Marina Boulevard
💰 Hourly Rate: Up to $22/hour,
🕘 Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8.30am–6.00pm
🏢 Work Arrangement: Fully office-based

Important: Candidates must have good prior hands-on experience with Power BI and Power Automate. Working experience using both tools is strongly preferred.

What You'll Be Doing

• Gather business requirements and identify opportunities to automate and digitalise HR processes.

• Design and develop internal applications, portals and workflow solutions using AI-enabled development tools.

• Build solutions such as claims management systems, onboarding workflows, performance management systems, approval platforms and staff self-service portals.

• Develop AI agents to streamline HR administrative processes.

• Integrate systems and data through APIs and automated workflows.

• Create Power BI dashboards, reports and analytics to support business decision-making.

• Conduct testing, user training and deployment of digital solutions.

• Maintain technical documentation and provide post-implementation support.

• Explore emerging AI technologies and recommend practical business applications.
