HR Analyst

The role

We're looking for an HR Analyst to work alongside our People Manager.

You'll lead end-to-end selection processes for technology roles, provide operational support to the HR function, and play an active role in creating and organizing training, engagement initiatives, and culture programs.

We need someone with strong autonomy who can communicate effectively in English — especially for interviews with LATAM professionals.

What you'll do

  • Lead end-to-end recruiting for tech roles: sourcing, screening, and behavioral interviews

  • Organize and help create synchronous and asynchronous training

  • Provide operational support to the HR area day-to-day (documentation, onboarding, process organization)

  • Plan and execute online and in-person engagement activities and other employer branding activities

  • Support employee engagement surveys

  • Help build and follow up on IDPs (Individual Development Plans)

What we're looking for

  • Up to 3 years of experience in HR, preferably with tech recruiting and training

  • Native Portuguese — you'll be working with a Brazil-based team and daily internal communication is in Portuguese

  • Intermediate to advanced English — you'll use it daily in interviews with candidates and American clients

  • Familiarity with AI for productivity: we value people who use smart tools to work better and at scale

  • Collaborative profile: you enjoy building together, sharing context, and supporting the people around you

  • Autonomy to manage your own tasks, prioritize, and deliver without micromanagement

  • Commitment and proactivity: you spot what needs to be done before someone asks

Nice to have

  • Previous experience at tech companies, IT consultancies, or remote/international setups

  • Spanish is a plus for conversations with Spanish-speaking LATAM contractors

What it's like to work at EnzRossi

  • Collaborative team with plenty of room for initiative and ownership

  • Fully remote

  • Fixed salary (PJ) + annual PTOs (Paid Time Off)

  • International environment: daily interaction with candidates and contractors across LATAM and clients in the US

  • A culture that values autonomy, experimentation, and the smart use of technology — including AI
