HR AI Solutions Engineer
This role offers the opportunity to design, develop and deploy AI-enabled applications, workflow automation solutions and digital products that improve organisational productivity and user experience. You will work closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for digitalisation and leverage AI tools to rapidly build solutions such as dashboards, employee portals, approval workflows and self-service platforms. The role is well suited for individuals who enjoy combining technology, problem-solving and innovation to transform business processes.
Job Responsibilities
• Gather business requirements and identify opportunities for digitalisation and automation.
• Design and develop internal systems, portals and workflow solutions using AI-enabled development tools.
• Build applications such as:
o claims management systems
o onboarding workflows
o performance management systems
o approval and tracking platforms
o staff self-service portals
o management dashboards
• Develop HR AI agents to streamline administrative processes.
• Integrate systems and data through APIs and automated workflows.
• Create reports, analytics and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Conduct testing, user training and deployment of solutions.
• Maintain documentation and provide post-implementation support.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend suitable use cases.
Requirements
• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in application development, automation or digital transformation projects.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and platforms.
• Experience with databases, APIs and workflow automation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to translate business requirements into practical solutions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
