Location: Sydney CBD / Parramatta Employment Type: Full-timeWork Arrangement: HybridABOUT THE ROLEJoin Uniting’s People & Culture team as an HR Business Partner and become a trusted partner to senior leaders across a diverse and complex portfolio.You’ll provide practical HR advice, coaching and insights to help leaders navigate workforce challenges, strengthen their teams and deliver on organisational priorities. This is a hands-on opportunity to contribute to people strategies, projects and continuous improvement while building strong relationships across the organisation.YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Partner with senior leaders to provide trusted HR advice, coaching and guidance.• Develop and implement people strategies aligned with business and workforce priorities.• Analyse workforce data and research to identify trends, risks and opportunities, providing practical recommendations.• Provide HR support across performance, employee relations, change management, workforce planning and employee engagement.• Support and deliver people projects, including organisational change and workforce initiatives.• Work collaboratively with HR specialists to develop and implement effective people solutions.• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, systems and ways of working.• Maintain accurate HR information and contribute to a safe, supportive and inclusive workplace.ABOUT YOUYou’re an adaptable and proactive HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced and varied environment.
